Watch as I strain and push so hard yet it doesn’t come out. I’m gonna have to use my hands to push down and get it out, but first I have to take my bloody tampon out! As soon as I take it out and pebble comes out, I push and the whole log comes out then a little Hershey kiss at the end!😘
